Jug, blender, gauze.
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Using a special juicer or simply cutting them in half and forcing the pulp with a fork.
Peel the ginger root and cut into small cubes.
Step 2: mix the ingredients.
Place slices of ginger, lemon juice, honey and water in a blender. Close the lid of the appliance and grind everything well until the drink becomes homogeneous.
Take cheesecloth, fold in several layers and use it to strain the resulting mixture so that the lemonade becomes transparent.
Add basil leaves and serve.
Step 3: serve a lemon-ginger drink.
Serve lemon-ginger drink chilled. You can add ice and more honey for added sweetness.
