  1. Wheat flour 450 grams
  2. Margarine 150 grams
  3. Sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Vanilla 0.5 Pod
  5. Eggs 2 pieces
  6. Milk 1.5 cups
  7. Baking powder for the test 1.5 teaspoons
  8. Dark Chocolate 150 grams

Step 1: prepare the dough.

In a deep plate, mix the sifted flour, margarine (soften it at room temperature first), sugar, eggs, milk and a baking powder for the dough. Peel the seeds from the vanilla pod and add them to the dough.

Mix everything well with a mixer until smooth.

Step 2: lay out the dough in forms.

Take molds, silicone is not necessary to lubricate, but iron with oil. And put in each dough, filling out the form by half.
Put a piece of chocolate in the center of each cupcake.

Cover the chocolate on top with the remaining dough.
In total, cupcakes should occupy no more than 2/3 of the height of the form, because they still rise.

Step 3: bake vanilla muffins with chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send cupcakes to it 25-30 minutes.
After baking, put the cupcakes to cool on a wire rack. If desired, you can decorate them with chocolate melted in a water bath.

Serve vanilla muffins with tea. It’s better to eat them with a fork, since the chocolate filling inside is moist, flowing and very tasty. The dough is soft and airy.
