First we wash the acacia flowers well and leave them to dry on a kitchen towel.

Do the same with the rest of the starch, until we finish making all the pancakes.

We serve them warm, with jam, jam or syrup, as preferred, with a cup of milk! I prefer them without, possibly with a cup of milk, just to feel the taste of acacia flowers.

You need: 3 large eggs 500 ml milk 2 tablespoons brown sugar 200-250 g white flour, or whole 2 tablespoons sunflower oil a pinch of freshly picked acacia flowers (as many as you want).
