Buckwheat with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients for cooking buckwheat with brussels sprouts

  1. Buckwheat 100 grams
  2. Brussels sprouts 300 grams
  3. Olive oil for frying
  4. Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare buckwheat.


First, buckwheat must be boiled until tender in salted water. Then you should drain the water, and pour the buckwheat into a hot frying pan.
