RECIPE PREPARATION Beetroot cream soup:

Put the water on the fire and let it boil. The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into larger pieces and put in the pot to boil, add the peppers, potatoes and beets cubes and onions. Leave until all is cooked. and then blend the vegetables and put them in boiling water. Bring to a boil and add salt and pepper to taste. At the end, add finely chopped parsley leaves. Turn off the heat and serve hot. It can be served with croutons.
