Mackerel 2 pcs.
Cream cheese 2 pcs.
Lemon 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 100 g
Spices for fish 2 tsp

Cooking:

Cooking steps: 1. We clean the mackerel, wash it, then pour spices in the abdomen for fish. 2. Grate processed cheese, add to lemon juice and mayonnaise, mix. 3. We stuff mackerel with cheese filling. 4. We send stuffed mackerel into the oven, covering with foil, for 45 minutes. at t = 200. Bon appetit!
