Crispy Chicken Wings Ingredients

  1. Chicken wings 1 kilogram
  2. Seasoning for poultry without salt (your favorite) to taste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Olive oil optional

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the chicken wings.


Wings should be large, powerful, greasy. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the tip of the wings, it will only disturb us here, it will burn ahead of time and nothing good will come of it.

You will have two parts of the wing, separate them by cutting exactly along the joint. First you need to incise the skin around the joint, then just push harder with a knife in the center. The joint is very easy to give.

Step 2: prepare the spices.

Step 4: bake the wings.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put parchment on a baking sheet and grease it with olive oil.
Put chicken wings on top so that they do not touch each other.

Bake at medium level for 35-40 minutes.

After that, the wings will be soft, but the crisp will not be visible.

Step 5: bake the wings until crisp.


Take out the wings and transfer them to the grate. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and send the wings to the upper level. Bake for 5 minutes.

Then flip wings, add temperature to 250 degrees and cook for another 2-4 minutes (make sure that you don’t start to burn!) until crisp on all sides.

Step 6: Serve the crispy chicken wings.
