Ingredients for making fritters with pears
- Milk 1.5 cups
- Dry yeast 10 grams
- Pears 5 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 pinch
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 pinch
- Odorless vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: prepare the dough.
Heat the milk, dilute the yeast in it, add sugar, salt and 0.5 cups of sifted flour. Stir well and let rise.
When a bubble cap appears on top, add the remaining flour and eggs to the dough. Mix very well to make a thick, uniform mass.
