INGREDIENT:

150 ml of hard coffee
syrup obtained from 1 tablespoon of sugar (or 2 teaspoons) and 30 ml of water.
water ice cubes - can also be broken (crushed) and coffee ice cubes
milk - optional

I start by making a syrup. I boil the water with the sugar until the liquid decreases and it thickens, like bee honey is more liquid. I take it off the fire and let it wait.

I then prepared the coffee and poured the sugar syrup to sweeten the coffee and let it cool at first to room temperature, then in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

When the coffee cooled I put ice cubes in it.

I also put 4 cubes of frozen coffee, then I poured the cooled coffee. Optionally, if you like coffee with milk you can pour cold milk to taste.

So simple and so good!

There is also the method of brewing coffee for 8-12 hours, using a coarsely ground coffee. Well, this recipe didn't convince me. It didn't seem strong and tasty enough, but if you really want to try you can let the coffee infuse overnight, then strain it the next day, put ice cubes and have iced coffee

I drank it immediately and I had a perfect treat on this heat.

  • put the coffee with gelatin in a bain-marie until it dissolves
  • let the gelatin cool
  • beat the cream with the sugar (be careful not to make whipped cream)
  • then add the coffee with gelatin and mix
  • prepare the chocolate icing with cold water
  • pour the icing over the Panna Cotta
  • put the Panna Cotta in the fridge for at least three hours and, before putting it on the table, garnish it with mint leaves.

Chocolate and coffee mousse

  • 180 ml hard coffee / espresso (to be cold)
  • 250 g chocolate
  • 340 g mascarpone
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • grind the chocolate and melt it (bain-marie)
  • beat the sugar with the mascarpone until you get a foam, which you mix with cold melted chocolate and coffee
  • beat the cream until it turns into whipped cream
  • incorporate whipped cream into the mixture of chocolate and coffee
  • pour the composition into 8 deep cups, tall glasses or jars
  • for decoration you can use: mint leaves, raspberries, blueberries, grated chocolate
  • put the mousse in the fridge and consume it as such or you can use it for cakes and pies.

Homemade almond milk coffee

  • 750 ml water
  • 200 g raw almonds
  • sugar, honey or maple syrup

Coffee with almond milk:

  • 50 ml hard coffee / espresso
  • 300 ml of almond milk

  • let the almonds soak in cold water for at least 48 hours
  • wash the almonds after soaking and mix them with 750 ml of water until smooth
  • put the composition in a gauze over a saucepan and squeeze it well until all the milk comes out
  • add sugar / honey or maple syrup to taste
  • put the milk in a bottle and leave it in the fridge for two days.

Coffee with almond milk:

  • You can opt for two options. Either put, in a 350 ml glass, 50 ml of coffee and pour over it the cold almond milk, or make a few cubes of milk (it takes 3 hours to freeze) and pour hot coffee over them.
