Step 1: Cooking Pancakes

Then mix the brewed dough again and fry thin pancakes from it in a greased frying pan. Cool.

Step 2: wrap sausages in pancakes.

Cut the sausages in half and wrap each half in a pancake.

Wrap it in a pita, bending the edges so that the sausage does not stick out of anywhere.

Step 3: roll in breadcrumbs.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the crushed chips, and in another plate beat the egg with a fork.
Dip the sausages wrapped in pancakes, first in the egg and then in the breading.

Step 4: fry sausages in pancakes.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry sausages in it in pancakes and breading until golden brown on all sides.

Step 5: bake sausages in pancakes.

Transfer the fried pancakes with sausages to a heat-resistant baking sheet and send them to the preheated 180 degrees oven on 10 minutesto bring to readiness.

Step 6: serve sausages in pancakes.

Pancake sausages are served hot. It is possible with a sauce as a snack, or with a salad of cucumbers and radishes for dinner. Tasty and easy!
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Use ready-made pancakes prepared according to your recipe, it’s not necessary to make them exactly the same as here, any thin or plump, just not sweet, will do.

- Together with sausages, cheese or fried bacon wrapped around a sausage, for example, can be wrapped in pancakes.
