  1. Raw smoked bacon 200 g
  2. Butter 50 g
  3. Chicken legs 4 pcs.

  8. Potato 500 g
  9. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
  10. Honey 1 tbsp
  11. Clarified apple juice 250 ml.
  12. Cream 20% 200 ml
  13. Dried tarragon 1 tsp
  14. Dried thyme 1 tsp
  15. Zest of 1 lemon to taste

Step 1.

Preheat the pan and fry the bacon over medium heat for 2 minutes.
