  1. Broccoli 2 pcs.
  2. Potato 5 pcs. (approximately 500 g)
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Garlic 2 tooth.
  5. Vegetable broth 5 tbsp.
  6. Cheddar Cheese 200 g
  7. Cream 12% 1/2 tbsp.
  8. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  9. Chili pepper to taste
  10. Caraway seeds 1/3 tsp
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Fresh greens to taste

Step 1: chop the ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, onions into small cubes, cut the broccoli into inflorescences, chop the garlic into thin slices.

Step 2: saute the onions.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion with a little salt in it. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic and fry it for half a minute.

Step 3: cook the vegetables.

Pour the broth into the pan, add the potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes (potatoes should remain solid).

Add broccoli, caraway seeds, chili, pepper, salt, if necessary, and cook 4-5 minutesuntil broccoli is tender.

Stir occasionally.

Step 4: add cheese and cream.

Grate the cheese. Add grated cheddar, cream, and fresh herbs to your soup to taste. Stir, bring to a boil and simmer until the cheese is completely melted.

Step 5: serve broccoli soup with cheddar.

Serve the soup hot, garnishing it with grated cheddar and fresh herbs.
