  1. 1 carrot
  2. Parsley root 1/2 pcs.
  3. White cabbage 130 g
  4. Bay leaf 1 pc.
  5. Allspice to taste
  6. Marjoram pinch

  9. Chicken fillet (boiled) 50 g

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Finely chop the cabbage, peel the carrots, parsley root and potatoes and cut into small cubes. You can boil chicken in advance and use the broth from under it to stew cabbage.
Scald the tomato (or microwave) to peel the peel off easily.

Step 2: stew the cabbage with chicken.

Send the cabbage to the pan, pour it with a small amount of broth (or hot water), add salt and allspice, as well as carrots and parsley. Stew under the lid 15 minutes. Then add potatoes, bay leaf and cook until vegetables are soft. At the very end, put diced peeled tomato. Extinguish without a lid until excess liquid has evaporated. Add chopped chicken and remove from heat. Season with marjoram.
