- Mackerel 4-5 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Large olives 50 gr
- Cherry Tomatoes 100 gr
- Mashed Tomato 400 gr
- Green onions 3-4 feathers
- Sunflower oil 30 ml

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Wash the mackerel, dry, cut into large pieces, salt.
Rinse tomatoes, dry.
Chop green onions into rings.
Step 2: stew the mackerel in tomato sauce in a slow cooker.
Set the roasting mode on the multicooker, set the timer to 10 minutes and pour the vegetable oil into the bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, sliced mackerel and olives. Fry until the fish is browned below.
Add tomato puree, more salt, if necessary, chili peppers, if you want a pinworm, and close the lid.
Make sure the valve is closed.
Put the multicooker-pressure cooker into the quenching mode and set the timer 10 minutes.
When the program ends, carefully open the valve and let off steam (leave on 10-15 minutes).
After carefully open the lid, and you can put the finished mackerel on a plate for serving!
Step 3: serve the mackerel in tomato sauce.
Mackerel stewed in tomato sauce can be decorated with fresh parsley and eat directly with the sauce. Real jam!
