  1. green onion 1 bunch
  2. ½ bunch parsley
  3. potato 500 gr
  4. sorrel 2-3 beams
  5. eggs 2 pcs.
  6. sour cream 200 ml
  7. butter 3 tbsp
  8. 1 l chicken stock
  9. salt to taste
  10. pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Fry coarsely chopped parsley and chives. Add potatoes, sorrel. Pour chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
Using a blender, turn into mashed potatoes. 2 egg yolks mixed with sour cream. add a few tablespoons of soup and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into soup and stir.
