- Pear 2 pcs.
- Shallot 1 pcs.
- Garlic 1 tooth.
- 1 carrot
- Parsley (root) 1 pc.

- Butter 1 tbsp
- Water 1 l.
- Nutmeg to taste

Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Before cooking, all vegetables and pears must be peeled.
Cut everything into a small cube. In addition to garlic, it must be crushed very finely.
Step 2: Cook the cream soup with pears and celery.

Melt the butter at the bottom of the pan and fry the shallots in it until soft. When the onions become clear, pour water into the pan.
Add the remaining vegetables and pears, salt, cover and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat until the ingredients are soft.
After the soup, let it cool slightly. When it ceases to be dangerously hot, mix it with a blender until smooth, diluting with cream. Season with nutmeg and pepper. Shuffle.
Step 3: serve cream soup with pears and celery.
