Three cheese on a coarse grater, garlic pass through a press. In a deep bowl we combine the forcemeat, cheese (150 grams), garlic, add red ground pepper and salt, drive the egg in and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Leave the minced meat for half an hour. We grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, form balls from the minced meat and put them into a mold. We send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. We take out the form from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top (50 grams), send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
