- oatmeal 250 g
- nuts 125 g. (almonds 25 g. pistachio 25 g. hazelnuts 75 g.)
- pumpkin seeds 20 g.
- sesame 1 tablespoon
- flax seeds 1 tbsp
- cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- honey 4 tbsp
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp (I have coconut)
- raisins 70 g.
- Main ingredients: Raisin, Oatmeal, Honey
- Serving 6 servings
First, mix all the dry ingredients, add pumpkin seeds to oatmeal. Add the seeds of flax, sesame and cinnamon, mix everything. We wash the nuts, soak in boiling water to remove the skin. Peel, chop with a knife and pour into oatmeal.
Mix honey with oil and add to oatmeal, mix well.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment, evenly distribute the mass and send it to the oven for 15 minutes at 140C.
We wash the raisins well, take out a baking sheet, mix well, distribute them in an even layer and sprinkle raisins on top, send them to the oven again for 15 minutes.
