Ingredients

  1. Chicken hearts 500g
  2. Beijing cabbage 400g
  3. Fresh cucumber 1pc
  4. Onion (optional) 1pc
  5. Yogurt (without additives) 3 tablespoons
  6. French mustard - 2 tsp
  7. Cheese 50g
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking:

1. We wash the chicken hearts and cut off the fat. Boil in salted water until tender. Cut into circles.
2. Cut the Beijing cabbage. Three cheese on a fine grater.
3. Cucumber cut into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. 4. Cooking dressing: combine yogurt, mustard, cheese and mix thoroughly.
5. Combine all the ingredients and season with dressing, mix well.
