Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Pour in half the water (160 ml), start kneading the dough.

Add olive oil. Then gradually add the remaining water.

Knead the dough with your hands for 5-7 minutes.

When the dough becomes smooth and uniform, collect it in a bowl, put in a bowl, cover with a film and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Grate cheese on a grater. Finely chop the greens.

Mix butter with garlic.

Raised dough, roll into a layer 3-4 mm thick.

Lubricate with garlic oil on top. Sprinkle with cheese (leave a little cheese for the top of the bread) and herbs. We turn into a roll. We put the bread in the mold, cover with a towel and leave it for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Before putting in the oven, you can grease with oil, if left and sprinkle with cheese.

We put in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

We take out the finished bread from the mold. Let cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy your meal!
