Step-by-step recipe for preparing meat snacks: Cut chicken breast into equal portions. Covering the chicken meat with a plastic bag, beat it with a hammer, salt, add curry and pepper to taste. Put the portioned portions of the breast for impregnation on top of each other and set aside. We cut cheese into thin plastic, which in turn is divided into small cubes. We cut pickled cucumbers into equal small cubes. Turn on the stove and heat the pan by adding vegetable oil to it. We begin to shape our appetizer. We straighten each piece of the breast and roll the cheese and cucumber sticks very tightly into it. Dip each resulting roll in breadcrumbs, flour and spread in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown 3-4 minutes on one side. Turning the rolls over, close the pan with a lid and fry for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. We spread the finished rolls on a dish with lettuce, decorate with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes and serve on the festive table.
