  6. Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
  7. Butter 20 g
  8. Sour cream 50 g

1. Mix the cottage cheese, sugar and eggs with a blender. Bring the mass to a homogeneous state.

2. Add semolina to the mass and set aside to swell.

3. Peel the apples and grate them.

4. Add apples to the curd and mix.

5. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

6. Put the mass in a mold and send it to the oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
