Put soft butter at room temperature in a cup.
Add powdered sugar to the butter and mix well with a spatula.

Sift 150 gr. flour and add a pinch of salt.
Add to the dough baking powder 0.5 teaspoon. and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Add sifting the rest of the flour and mix with a spatula. Pour a little flour on the mat and put the dough on it. We crush the resulting dough and divide it into two parts. From the first part of the dough we form a cake and roll it thinly. With a special mold in the form of a flower, we make blanks for cookies. In a baking sheet covered with parchment, we spread the resulting workpieces. We also roll out the second part of the dough with a thin layer and make blanks with holes equal in number to the first ones. We put the cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Having taken the cookies out of the oven and having cooled, we begin to decorate it with jam and condensed milk. Our delicious and beautiful cookie is ready!
