Step 1: Cook the broth.
Pour water into a pan, put a whole chili pepper, a couple of whole onions and cloves of garlic. Salt and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook under the lid until the onions begin to fall apart.
Remove all vegetables from the broth. You will no longer need them.
Step 2: add the vegetables.
Cut the zucchini into strips, chop the carrots into cubes and add them to the broth. Put on fire and cook soup.
Meanwhile, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Dice the tomato pulp and add to the soup when the carrots are soft. Following the tomatoes, pour a glass of white wine into the soup.
Step 3: add the fish.
Cut the cod fillet into slices and add almost immediately after the tomatoes and wine. Season with salt, pepper and season with a little thyme. Cook for 10-15 minutesso that the fish is cooked.
Remove the soup from the heat, add a little lemon juice (or a lot if you like sour soups) and a little vinegar.
Cover the spiced fish soup with a lid and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4: serve spicy fish soup.
Serve spicy fish soup with slices of red onion and chili, and recommend adding cilantro. An ideal dish for spicy and sour lovers!
Enjoy your meal!
