Cooking a biscuit. Beat softened butter until fluffy, add condensed milk and whisk again. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and milk, mix well. Cover the form with parchment dipped in water and lay out the dough. We send to the oven for 30 minutes at 180C.

Cooking cream. Beat cream with sugar until thick, add cocoa and mix.

Cooking ganache. Pour chocolate with hot cream and mix until the chocolate melts.

Cut the finished biscuit into strips, grease each with cream. First, roll the first strip with a roll, then wind the following on it. Wrap in parchment and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Pour the cake on top with ganache and evenly distribute it over the entire surface and sides. We send in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. The cake is ready! Enjoy your meal!)))
