  1. Pork (tenderloin) 1 kilogram
  2. Celery 2 Stalks
  3. Shallot 3 pieces
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. Oregano 2 teaspoons
  6. Thyme 2 teaspoons
  7. Pepper (coarsely ground) 1 teaspoon
  8. Parsley green 1 bunch
  9. Vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons

Step 1: chop the vegetables.

Peel and chop the shallots.

Finely crush celery stalks in the same way. Pass the garlic through the press.

Crush parsley.

Combine all prepared ingredients, add thyme, pepper, salt and oregano.

Step 2: pickle the pork.

Pour the pork with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and rub well.

Roll the meat in vegetables and herbs. Leave it on for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: bake the pork.

Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Put the meat on the wire rack and put a greased baking sheet under the wire rack.

Bake meat for 20 minutesthen lower the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 40 minutes.

Transfer pork to foil and wrap tightly.

Wrap the meat in a kitchen towel and leave it to rest on 10-15 minutes.
