  1. Sea fish 800 g.
  2. Onion 3 pcs.
  3. Eggs - 1 pc. taste
  4. Flour 2 tbsp. l
  5. 1 slice bread
  6. Milk 0.5 tbsp.
  7. Oil rust. for frying
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes. Skip fish, onions and bread through a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt, pepper and mix into the minced meat. Then add the flour and mix well again. Next, fry the patties in a pan for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Fish cakes are ready, bon appetit!
