- 1 small chicken (1 kg)
- 1 carrot
- 1 patrol
- 1 piece of celery (50 gr)

- 1 onion
- 2 medium potatoes in size
- 100 gr green peas
- 100 gr green beans
- 50 ml broth
- green parsley
- 2-3 tablespoons oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken peasant soup:
Clean, wash the chicken and cut it into pieces, put it to boil, after the first boil, take the foam. Clean, wash the vegetables and cut. Cook the chopped onion then add the chopped vegetables and cook with the onion. Add the chicken to the pot, then add the diced potatoes, peas and beans and broth. It goes well with salt, pepper and lemon juice. When serving, sprinkle with chopped green parsley and lots of sour cream and definitely with something hot :)) !! Great appetite !!
