  1. Fresh sorrel 200 g
  2. Smoked Chicken Breast 350 g
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Onions 150 g
  5. Carrot 100 g
  6. Potato 200 g
  7. Chicken egg 2 pcs.
  8. Water 2 liters
  9. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
  10. Butter 25 g
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Ground black pepper to taste

Step 1.

Chop the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry onions and garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the pan and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

On a coarse grater, grate the carrots and add to the pan, fry for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Step 5

Dice the chicken breast and put in a pan, add salt, black pepper and mix, then add 2 liters of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Strip the sorrel, put in the soup and mix.

Step 7

Beat two chicken eggs and pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly, turn off the heat. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream.
