- Fresh sorrel 200 g
- Smoked Chicken Breast 350 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Onions 150 g
- Carrot 100 g
- Potato 200 g
- Chicken egg 2 pcs.

Step 1.Chop the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic.
Step 2Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry onions and garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the pan and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4On a coarse grater, grate the carrots and add to the pan, fry for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 5Dice the chicken breast and put in a pan, add salt, black pepper and mix, then add 2 liters of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 6Strip the sorrel, put in the soup and mix.
Step 7Beat two chicken eggs and pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly, turn off the heat. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream.
