I had some egg whites in the freezer and I kept getting confused about them ... so I turned them into something sweet, much appreciated by my bubulin :)
- 4 egg whites (I thawed them and left them on the table until they reached room temperature)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-4 tablespoons white flour
- 1 small yogurt
- 250 gr. powdered sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 small cube of melted butter
- a little dark chocolate (for decoration)

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Egg white cake:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the juice from 1/2 lemon, then beat again. Add powdered sugar and beat meringue. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything with a spatula. After homogenizing the dough, it is poured into a cake tray lined with special baking paper. Grate the dark chocolate on top, then bake until it passes the toothpick test.
Serve cold.
