The fish slices are washed very well. In a plate we mix the flour, the malai and the salt and through this the pieces of carp are "rolled" on one side and on the other. In a deeper pan we heat the oil (as much as you consider the fish to "sink" in it) and place the fish pieces, which we fry on one side and on the other over a moderate heat (approx. 20 min / part) It can be served with garlic sauce and polenta.
